Ayurvedic Treatment for Fatty Liver- Holy Divine Health Care

Fatty liver, also known as steatosis, is a condition where fat accumulates in liver cells. This buildup of fat can cause the liver to become enlarged and affect its normal functioning. Fatty liver can be categorized into two types: alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (AFLD): This occurs when a person consumes excessive amounts of alcohol over time. The liver tries to break down the alcohol, leading to the production of fat. AFLD is usually reversible if alcohol consumption is reduced or stopped.

Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD): This type of fatty liver does not involve excessive alcohol consumption. It is often associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. NAFLD can progress to more severe liver conditions, such as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), cirrhosis, and liver cancer.

Both AFLD and NAFLD share similar symptoms, which may include fatigue, feeling full quickly, abdominal pain or discomfort, and mild inflammation. However, many people with fatty liver may not experience any symptoms. Regular check-ups and blood tests are essential for early detection and treatment.

Treatment for fatty liver often involves lifestyle changes, such as maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, losing weight, and reducing alcohol consumption. In some cases, medications or other therapies may be recommended by a healthcare professional.

Fatty Liver Symptom

Fatty liver, also known as steatosis, often does not show any noticeable symptoms in its early stages. However, as the condition progresses, some individuals may experience mild to moderate symptoms. Here are some common symptoms associated with fatty liver disease:

Fatigue: Fatigue is a general feeling of tiredness or lack of energy. It can be caused by the liver’s inability to function properly, leading to a buildup of toxins in the body.

Feeling Full Quickly (Early Satiety): This occurs when your liver is not functioning optimally, causing your stomach to feel full even after consuming small amounts of food.

Abdominal Pain or Discomfort: Some people with fatty liver may experience pain or discomfort in the upper right part of their abdomen, where the liver is located.

Mild Inflammation: Inflammation can occur in the liver due to fat accumulation, which may cause mild discomfort or pain in the affected area.

Skin Discoloration: In advanced cases of fatty liver, a yellowish discoloration of the skin and eyes (jaundice) may occur due to the build-up of bilirubin, a waste product that the liver is unable to process effectively.

Scorliv Syrup:   is an Ayurvedic herb with diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and liver-protective properties. It is believed to help flush out toxins from the liver and improve its overall function.
